The site presents a number of planning challenges, and therefore Centro advised the client to proceed with pre-application discussions with LB Islington. Centro has since been woking closley with LB Islington as well as the wider development team, resulting in all planning matters being agreed in principle with the Council ahead of submission. Centro has also assisted in coordinating the neighbour consultation, distrbituing letters and organising in-person discussion. The full application is due to be submitted by Autumn 2023.
