This proposal is exactly the sort of high-quality infill development London needs to provide new homes on previously developed land. Centro coordinated the project team to ensure that the competing demands of the site could all be met, despite the spatial constraints of the site. Through two successful Pre-Applications, Centro ensured that the key principles and demands of the site were carefully and thoroughly considered in discussions with officers prior to submission.
