Heritage considerations were key for this proposal. Centro led the development team’s design strategy to extend the historic architectural rhythm of an adjacent terrace in the Dalston Conservation Area and deliver 7 sustainably located homes.
We presented this design strategy during pre-application dialogue with Council and secured officers’ in-principle support for the scheme prior to the submission of the application.
