Centro has co-ordinated and managed the project team through the pre-application meetings with the Council and GLA, a Design Review Panel and public and stakeholder consultation. The proposal recognises the competing demands of the site, with robust justification provided for its uses, design and townscape implications in an urban location, whilst maintaining a sustainable form of development. Pre-application dialogue is ongoing.
