Following Centro securing positive pre-application advice, an application was submitted. However, an appeal was lodged against the Council’s non-determination. Centro ensured there was co-ordination between the existing development team and new consultants to ensure a strong appeal case would be developed. This was held at Hearing with the decision to be issued.
