Centro led the professional team for the redevelopment of this high street site to provide a 5-storey, mixed-use building. Our thorough discussions with officers secured a recommendation to approve from officers. RB Kingston’s Councillors decided to defer the application to seek more information on construction management. Centro has again secured a recommendation to approve, and the application is due to return to the planning committee in June 2023.
