Centro was instructed following a refusal of the planning application. The scheme presents challenges inherent to dense infill development. Each reason for refusal has been broken down and thoroughly assessed, developing a strong narrative as to why the scheme does perform well against Policy. Discussions with Counsel were facilitated by Centro to ensure the strength of the appeal case was maximised. A strategy for a duplicate application has been developed, ensuring the best chance of an approval.
