The clients proposal is to retrofit and refurbish an existing hotel within Camden. The site is located within the Bloomsbury Conservation Area, and is noted as a positive contributor within the Local Plan. Centro has therefore worked closely with the design team to ensure that the wider refurbishment of the hotel is respectful to, and enhances the local context whilst ensuring the economic benefits of improved hotel use are optimised.
