Centro secured a Certificate of Lawfulness to preserve an extant permission, which establishes the principle of change of use away from industrial use. Centro then led several positive discussions with the Council, GLA and a Design Review Panel. We developed a strong narrative, recognising the competing demands of the site in terms of townscape, heritage, and land use on the Greenwich Peninsula. Pre-application discussions are ongoing.
