Centro’s understanding of the Council’s ambitions for Tooting, particularly with regard to Tooting’s historic markets, was key to unlocking planning permission for this site, which has high development potential but complex spatial constraints. We worked with officers and the Architect to ensure the site could be properly optimised with the delivery of 29 new residential flats in a vibrant, sustainable town centre location.
