Effective community engagement is central to success for vertical extensions near existing homes. Centro proactively anticipated and alleviated potential concerns of neighbours prior to submitting the application. We co-ordinated the development team to produce modelled views from neighbouring gardens, which demonstrated the limited visibility of the extension. As a result, no objections were made to the development, and Centro secured planning permission.
